Who is the Connector?
Connectors are those that bring the glue to the team. They make verbal or non-verbal connections with other individuals or groups on the team. Ultimately, they bond team members together and make the unit work more successfully as a whole. They are not highly visible but play a major role on the team. They establish links that support strong, consistent, and secure connections.
